3.2 Claims Process: If the received goods do not match the specifications (Certificate of Analysis) or are damaged, the Buyer must notify Santo Group within 7 business days of arrival at the destination port/location.

3.3 Evidence: Claims must be supported by a third-party inspection report (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) and photographic evidence.

3.4 Resolution: Verified claims will be settled via a Credit Note for future orders or a partial refund, as mutually agreed.

4.1. Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 15 days after deduction of all costs and expenses incurred with respect to the order.
4.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified by you.
